Marketing efforts in the United States include the New England region and the Mid-Atlantic region for Newfoundland and Labrador Tourism. These travelers are seeking adventure and cultural experiences in new destinations. To maximize our efforts, Newfoundland and Labrador works cooperatively with the Atlantic Canada Agreement on Tourism (ACAT). ACAT is a nine-member, pan-Atlantic partnership comprising of the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, the four Atlantic Canada Tourism Industry Associations, and the four provincial departments responsible for tourism.
